Nestled on the edge of the Sea of Cortez, secluded beachfront living is what makes Casa Kash the perfect getaway. Located a short 30 minute drive from downtown San Jose del Cabo, this oceanfront estate offers 3 bedrooms in main house with an additional separate detached casita.
The private terrace off the master bedroom draws the eyes with it’s magnificent ocean views facing East to enjoy those spectacular sunrises. The 4th bedroom is a tastefully designed 800ft2 casita, with it’s own full bath and spacious terrace. Bedrooms and bathrooms throughout have elegant marble travertine, refined stone and granite in the kitchen to compliment the gourmet stainless steel appliances.
Plenty of space and seating makes the open air patio a prime place for entertaining, but sitting is the last thing you and your family will want to do when you could be splashing around in the infinity pool or relaxing in the 6 person Jacuzzi or preparing a delectable meal on the gas BBQ. Between the months of March and October, the South West swells hit the east cape creating some world class surf a short 300 meters at Shipwreck Beach or a short 10 minute drive up the coast to 9 Palms.

Because of the tranquil location of Casa Kash off the beaten path, this “off the grid” villa operates on solar energy and generators. Every effort is made to ensure a comfortable stay for guests, but power limitations may affect air conditioner capacity from time to time.
PLEASE NOTE: 1.5%/day of propane included in the rental. Excessive propane use will be deducted from damage deposit at $35 per percent upon check out. Please be sure to conserve and do not leave A/C running with doors open.
